The 15 minutes is not allotted time for us to start your early. Keep in mind all services are on an estimated time system and can vary with how long it takes for a service to be completed. Therefore, if a service takes longer than the estimated time given to complete it, there can be a slight delay in the waiting time for your appointment. Due to spacing, extra guest are not allowed unless being serviced. If you bring anyone additional, they will be asked to wait in the lobby. If they insist on waiting in the salon room with you while you receive service, they will be charged a fee as a seat filler. The seat filler fee is the same price of the service you are receiving for your appointment. In addition, no kids are allowed in the salon unless being serviced. 1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling? Processing takes 4-10 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday.
